This class offers students a tour through the history of Usui Reiki, an overview of Reiki practice, a discussion on the role Reiki plays in self-care, and the first of three Reiki attunements. 

Familiarity with Reiki is helpful but not necessary for students interested in this class. The only requirement is an open mind and an open heart.

Cost: $70-$125 (sliding scale)
