Finlay's Garden Herbal Honeys by Joanne

Since the heart-breaking departure of my baby boy Finlay, I have been cultivating a Creative Grief Practice, following my impulse to learn more about the natural world through the study of organic gardening, permaculture design, and herbal medicine. This study has led to Finlay's Garden Herbal Honey: herb-infused raw honey blends that I hope will nourish your body, mind, and spirit!

Inspired by the Heart-Healing powers of Hawthorn (Crataegus spp.) and the Medicinal and Magical properties of Honey, I've been experimenting with different herbal combinations to support healing & grieving, to relieve stress and anxiety, to improve digestion and boost energy, and to promote holistic wellness.

I am grateful to my friend Dave Croy for designing such creative and heartful labels! And I extend thanks to my teachers at Midwest Permaculture and the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine who continue to inspire me to "make tiny changes to Earth" (Scott Hutchison). And my heart swells with thanks to my sweet son Finlay Emilio who guides me from the other side and encourages me to deepen my own healing and to extend healing and compassion to others!
