#1 Calm Tea (3 oz) can be made into a Delicious Hot Tea and/or a soothing Bath Tea! Chamomile, Lavender, and Skullcap are all used to help calm the nervous system. And the aroma of Lavender, in particular, is quite popular in aromatherapy to relax the body and mind.

#3 Heart Tea (3 oz) contains a yummy blend of herbs commonly used for healing related to grief, loss, and heartache: hawthorn, linden, rose. Additionally, hawthorn, rose, and hibiscus are considered cardiotonics, which means that they support the cardiovascular system and most people can consume them on a regular basis.

#5 Ren Tea (5 oz) provides a tasty blend that can be made as Hot or Iced Tea. Known for their antioxidant powers, rooibos and rosehips are strengthening botanical allies that support our immune systems. The uplifting taste and aroma of lemon verbena adds a delightful dimension to this blend.

#7 Elderberry Tea (5 oz) supports you through cough and cold season. Elder is known most commonly today for its ability to boost the immune system and to help fight bacterial and viral infections. Elderberries (dried or cooked) are considered safe for most people: from children to elders!
