The Grief Pen Pal Network operates from a place of openness, curiosity, respect, compassion, and connection. If you have experienced significant loss or transition that you consider to be a source of “grief" and are looking for an opportunity to learn from your experience while connecting with others, we hope you will join our growing network!

If you haven’t already done so, please be sure to read through the description of the Network HERE so that you understand what you are committing to by joining this project.

The one-time registration fee for this network is on a sliding-scale: $20-$50.

Refund Policy:
Joanne is only able to offer a refund prior to you being matched with a pen pal. Once pen pals have been matched, no refunds will be given. In the event of a pairing not working out (because one person has not written to their partner, for example), Joanne is happy to find a new or additional pen pal for you, at no additional cost.
