Thank you for your interest in this workshop! We are very pleased to offer these 90-minute online gatherings each month during 2022 (days and times vary). We look forward to getting to know you through these healing sessions facilitated by Joanne Zerdy (Inviting Abundance) and Amrit Dencer-Brown (Hummingbird Strength & Resilience).
***The primary motivation for creating this series is to promote connection and healing for those who have experienced pregnancy and/or infant loss. We honor a broad spectrum of losses including - but not limited to - miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy, stillbirth, abortion, termination for medical reasons, adoption, and infant death. These workshops are also Trans Inclusive.***
We wish to emphasize and explore how our bodies carry pain and grief AND have a powerful ability to heal. And we believe that this healing happens in a holistic way by connecting our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves.
These sessions will incorporate a variety of activities. The specific topics will be fleshed out as we move through the year. We will be rotating through three main guiding topics/themes:
1. Embodied Awareness; 2. Nature Inspires/Heals; 3. Creative Practices for Grief.
Each month we will have a different focus:
September - Creative Practices for Grief: Drawing - Saturday, September 24: 1pm EDT/6pm GMT
October - Embodied Healing: Integrating Emotions - Saturday, October 29: 1pm EDT/6pm GMT
November - Nature Inspires: Deepening Roots - Saturday, November 19: 1pm EST/6pm GMT
December - Creative Practices for Grief: Rituals & Reflection - Saturday, December 17: 1pm EST/6pm GMT
**You can register for one workshop or purchase a discounted package of four workshops.

Each group will be capped at 15 participants.
