Have you heard about the energy healing practice of Reiki and want to learn more? Or perhaps you've had Reiki Sessions with a practitioner and are looking to continue this healing energy work on your own? In this Reiki I class, students will gain an insider's understanding of the practice of Reiki and learn how to utilize Reiki healing on the self and on others. Less an introduction to Reiki and more of an instant immersion, this course attunes students to the first level of Reiki understanding while providing an in-depth overview of this spiritual art.

This class is ideal for people who work in the healing arts: nurses, doulas, massage therapists, midwives, acupuncturists, Western doctors, osteopaths, psychologists, etc. Reiki harnesses the power of the intuition to supplement these other arts and offers a new vocabulary for addressing matters of health and well being.

Reiki Master Teacher Will Daddario, PhD will be facilitating this Reiki class that includes history on the Usui Reiki method as well as the first attunement that enables students to practice Reiki. Students will primarily learn approaches for treating themselves but can extend this knowledge to the treatment of others.
