We have designed this workshop for those who are looking for new perspectives and activities to assist with the healing process—for both those who are grieving and for those who support others in difficult times of loss.
Educators and grieving parents, Will Daddario and Joanne Zerdy will co-facilitate this hands-on, hearts-on workshop. Through individual and small group activities that include grief mapping, embodied awareness movements, and reflective writing, you will have many opportunities to describe and process your current relationship to grief. We'll also provide ideas for continuing to do this creative work on your own.
We hope that you will leave our workshop with new ideas for thinking and feeling your way through loss and/or for helping others to process their experiences. And we hope that you will feel more connected to the community of active, compassionate grievers in the Asheville area.
